Anh Chi Em Restaurant is a well-established and growing Vietnamese dining destination located in the heart of Highton.

We pride ourselves on delivering authentic flavours, exceptional service, and high quality dishes made with the freshest ingredients.

Most of our fresh produce is grown on our family-owned farm in Lara, ensuring premium quality, sustainability, and true paddock-to-plate freshness.

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook authentic Vietnamese dishes to a high standard

- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency

- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards

- Work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment

- Work evenings and weekends as required

Skills and Experience:

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Cook

- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

- Excellent time management skills

- Understanding of food safety regulation

- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery preferred

- Visa sponsorship available for suitable candidates
