We're looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Salesperson to join our Spare Parts and Electrical team in our Caboolture store. If you're passionate about the automotive industry and love helping customers, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive and energetic team.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers
- Work confidently on a busy sales floor
- Communicate effectively with robust interpersonal and phone skills
- Contribute positively as part of a high‑performing team
- Provide accurate product knowledge to help customers make informed decision
What We're Looking For
To be successful, you will have:
- Experience in automotive sales (essential)
- A flair for retail sales and merchandising
- Minimum 6 months retail sales experience
- A genuine passion for the automotive industry
- Willingness to work hands‑on with customers
- High attention to detail
- Strong people skills and a positive attitude
- Enthusiasm, self‑motivation, and a team‑first mindset
- Ability to work Saturday and Sunday
- Good computer literacy
- Australian work rights
