We are seeking a capable Legal Assistant with 12+ months + experience in insurance litigation and/or personal injury who is looking to build their career in a well-structured, high-performing team.

The Role

Supporting experienced insurance litigators, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing files from inception to resolution with support and mentorship

- Drafting and preparing court documents and correspondence with confidence

- Liaising with clients, insurers, experts and counsel

- Diary and deadline management

- Brief preparation and court filing (including e-filing)

- Billing, time entry and general matter coordination

You’ll be hands-on, trusted with responsibility, and exposed to quality insurance and personal injury matters.

About You

You will bring:

- Minimum 12 months’ experience in insurance litigation or personal injury

- Robust understanding of insurance / PI processes and court procedures

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

- Confident communication skills (written and verbal)

- Ability to manage competing deadlines

- A proactive, team-focused mindset
