SolarBright is an established Australian company supplying solar energy systems, skylights and roof ventilation products since 2008. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Factory Hand to join our team in Prestons. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work and being part of a supportive team.

What you will be doing

• Assembling skylight and ventilation products
• Picking and packing orders for installers and customers
• Preparing products and materials for dispatch
• Assisting with general production and assembly tasks
• Receiving and organising stock in the warehouse
• Keeping the work area clean and organised
• Supporting the team with general factory duties

What we are looking for

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Positive attitude and willing to learn




• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable with manual and hands-on work
• Able to work well in a small team
• Basic mechanical or assembly skills are helpful
• Forklift licence is a bonus but not essential
• Previous factory or warehouse experience is helpful but not required
