Being signatory of Clean Energy Council Code of Conduct, we are committed to best industry practices. As our business expands, we are looking to bring on a Trade Assistant.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Trade Assistant to support our qualified installers. This role offers an excellent entry point into the renewable energy sector, providing hands-on experience, professional training, and the opportunity to progress within the trade.

You will work under the supervision of a qualified electrician, assisting in the installation of solar and battery systems.

Qualifications & Experience

- Hold a valid C class driving license and able to drive a manual vehicle (mandatory)

- Physically fit and able

- White Card (mandatory)

- Working at Heights (mandatory)

- The willingness to perform any task required for the Job

- Have a positive and can-do attitude and follow instructions

- Be prepared to work away from home if and when necessary

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Be a part of a leading team to install solar panels and battery system installations at job site





- Assist the team with loading/unloading, lifting, installation and transport of job gear

- Safely handle tools, equipment, and materials on-site

- Ability to use hand tools such as hammers, electric staplers and other hand-held electric tools

- Prepare and maintain work areas to ensure safety and efficiency

- Assist with wiring, cabling, and assembly of system components under supervision

- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and company installation standards

- Contribute to a positive and qualified team environment
