The Role

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team, based in our Northgate office, Brisbane. This is a permanent full time role, which requires adhoc intra and interstate travel.

This challenging and fast-paced role is responsible for ensuring construction project delivery is on time, within scope, on budget and of the highest standard. To achieve this, you will be tasked with:

- Planning, overseeing and leading multiple construction projects from start up through to completion.

- Coordinating the procurement of materials, subcontractors, equipment, and services.

- Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing effective mitigation strategies.

- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

- Managing a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

- Establishing and managing the project schedule and accurate documentation.





- Preparing regular project reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders.

- Cost management and reporting.

- Undertaking site visits and attending client meetings.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated, organised and proactive individual who is used to working in a fast-paced environment. You will have:

- A minimum of 3 years construction industry experience with experience managing subcontractors and dealing with Tier 2 and Tier 3 builders.

- Willingness to undertake domestic travel as required.

- Formal qualifications in Project Management or Engineering would be highly regarded.

- Experience managing multiple construction projects concurrently.

- High level of planning, organisation and time management skills.

- High-level problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make informed decisions and adapt to changing project conditions.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong commercial and business acumen.

- Ability to work autonomously and within a team to achieve requirements on time and within budget.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Hammertech and/or Workbench would be highly regarded.
