We’re looking for a Member Banking Specialist who is passionate about helping people and eager to build a career in banking. Whether you bring prior experience in banking or financial services, or you're coming from retail, sales, or another customer-focused role, if you’re the right fit, we’ll support you with training and development to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

- Be the welcoming face of Bank Orange, providing friendly and professional service to members in-branch, over the phone, and online.

- Assist with everyday banking needs, account openings, and product information.

- Build robust relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, and offering tailored solutions.

- Support and educate members in using digital banking tools like our Mobile App and Internet Banking.





- Collaborate with internal teams and refer members to lending specialists when appropriate.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, maintaining high standards of accuracy and integrity.

What You Bring

- Experience in banking, financial services, or a customer-facing role such as retail or sales.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to help others.

- A proactive mindset and a team-oriented attitude.
