We’re seeking an energetic and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to help lead our housekeeping team and ensure our hotel maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.

As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations, support and guide your team, and play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our guests. If you’re a natural leader with strong attention to detail, this is the perfect prospect to take the next step in your career.

What You’ll Do

- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities
- Lead, train, and support team members
- Ensure efficient cleaning of rooms and public areas
- Conduct daily inspections to maintain quality standards
- Communicate effectively with other departments
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries
- Ensure all Workplace Health & Safety procedures are followed
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records
- Manage incoming calls and ensure messages are logged and actioned
- Allocate tasks and uphold hotel brand standards




- Escalate operational concerns to the leadership team

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, hands-on approach
