South West Tractors in Young is looking for an experienced Agricultural Machinery Salesperson to join our friendly, high-performing team. This is your chance to work with a wide range of customers, offer real solutions, and make an impact in the agricultural industry.

The Opportunity:

- Develop and maintain excellent long-term customer relationships and generate strong machinery sales for both new and used machinery.

- Presenting, promoting, and selling products/services to existing and prospective customers.

- Predicting sales requirements and working with current trends.

- Ordering equipment, monitoring pricing/programs and forecasting.

- Compile stock appraisals with pictures and load onto shared drive.

- Attend and contribute to weekly sales meetings.

About you:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the agricultural sector.





- Strong knowledge of agricultural industry, equipment and solutions.

- Possess a current drivers’ licence.

- Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.

- Strong organisational and time management skills.

- Willing to continually expand your knowledge of farm machinery and the agricultural industry.
