About The Role

This is a rare opportunity to join a highly regarded spa in a spectacular beachfront location.

In This Role, You Will

Deliver spa treatments to the highest standard, every time Provide a warm, professional, and personalised service to every guest Maintain impeccable hygiene, grooming, and workplace presentation Monitor and manage treatment room cleanliness, stock levels, and maintenance needs Contribute to spa opening and closing procedures Drive retail sales and treatment upgrades through genuine recommendations Represent the hotel and spa with pride and professionalism

You’ll bring a “can-do” attitude, a commitment to excellence, and a genuine passion for health, wellbeing, and guest care.

About You

Diploma-qualified in spa therapy (or equivalent) Solid commitment to quality treatments and service Skilled and confident in retail product sales Immaculate grooming and presentation Calm and organised, even in busy periods Exceptional customer service and communication skills Positive, optimistic,



and proactive attitude Passion for continuous improvement and learning Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
