About The Role

Conduct end to end investigations across various risks to support the detection and prevention of fraud and maintaining policy compliance. Analyse claim documentation, policy wording and supporting evidence with a view to making evidence-based claims decisions that balance customer fairness with organisational outcomes. Prepare clear, accurate and detailed investigation reports to support claim outcomes and dispute resolution. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including claims, underwriting, legal and specialist experts. Contribute to fraud prevention initiatives and continuous improvement activities. Maintain adherence with all relevant legislation and National Investigation Unit (NIU) guidelines.

About You

Demonstrated capability in the management of complex inquiries in a General Insurance organisation.



Experience in investigation process including statement compilation and in court rules regarding admissibility of evidence. Knowledge of legal issues including of the justice system and basic liability. Able to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands. Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions. Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making. Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
