What's The Role

We're seeking an experienced Local Driver's to join our Mildura team. These full time roles work dayshift across Monday - Saturday.

It is an exciting opportunity to join our industry leading transportation company and play a key role in assisting hundreds of Australian businesses to meet their transport needs.

Lindsay Transport is Australia's largest fresh produce transporter, delivering temperature-sensitive freight to major markets and grocery distribution centres. Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Limited To

Safe Always - Demonstrating safe work practices, leading by example and promoting a safe work culture. Temperature Sensitive Freight - working with and understanding temperature sensitive freight, ensuring the safe and timely handling. Customer Service - Interacting with customers in a professional manner. Teamwork & Communication - Working closely with depot teams for the loading, unloading and transportation of freight. Valuable Work Ethic - Reliable, supportive and the ability to have a go. Quality Checks & Control - Completing relevant pre-start checklists, safety documentation and delivery of paperwork.

What You'll Bring:

Current and valid HC or MC licence. Previous commercial driving experience detailed in your resume. A safe driving record, you will be required to provide a copy of your driving history. Commitment to workplace health and safety Strong customer focus with good communication skills. Well presented, professional and reliable.

Pass a Commercial Drivers Health Assessment including drug and alcohol test Provide a current traffic print out Be willing to work weekend shifts and be flexible with start & finish times
