This is the role for someone who likes turning messy reality into clean, testable truth. You’ll make sure migrations land properly by producing mapping and validation that’s precise, evidence-led and audit-ready — not “close enough”.

Own mapping specs and rulebooks that are testable, controlled and evidence-ready! Turn data quality findings into concrete validation rules and exception handling! Build the artefacts and checks that make cutovers predictable and approvals faster!

In the role of Consultant — Data Mapping & Validation you will join our Customer Migration team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

Profile source data, document structures and define mapping rules (including edge cases) Define validations/reconciliations and support SIT/UAT with defect triage Produce pre/post-load evidence artefacts and feed runbook steps and readiness gates Maintain mapping accuracy and artefact quality under time pressure

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

Solid BA/data analysis fundamentals; disciplined documentation Comfort with validations/reconciliations,



exception flows and test support Ability to work with architects/engineers/product to resolve edge cases quickly A bias for evidence quality and audit cleanliness (not just “getting it done”)
