The Prospect

As a Showroom Administrator, you’ll be the welcoming face of a variety of showrooms (predominately in south-east Melbourne), supporting customers and the team through a mix of customer service and administration. Every day will bring something different, from greeting customers to managing vital behind-the-scenes processes that keep our showroom running smoothly. This role is permanent full-time and at various showrooms depending on rostering needs (eg one week you may be scheduled at Prahran and the next Moorabbin). Weekend work is a part of this role. Rosters are provided in advance so you always know where you will be working.

What You’ll Be Doing

Greeting and assisting customers in person and over the phone Processing payments, banking, reconciliations, and data entry Coordinating deliveries and providing after-sales support Assisting the team with general showroom administration Helping create a seamless and professional customer experience

What we’re looking for

Previous experience in customer service or administration (retail, hospitality, travel, contact centre,



or sales experience welcomed) Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment A collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude Comfortable with basic computer skills and eager to learn
