Apollo Care is seeking experienced Casual Roving Residential Service Managers to provide short-term leadership coverage across our residential aged care homes during planned leave across QLD, NSW & VIC. This opportunity is ideal for seasoned leaders who value flexibility, variety, and making an immediate impact when it matters most.

About The Role

You will be engaged on a casual, as-needed basis, with opportunities communicated in advance. Assignments will focus on maintaining operational continuity, compliance, and team confidence while permanent leaders are on planned leave.

Key Responsibilities

Step in as acting Residential Service Manager during planned leave periods Maintain compliance with aged care standards and organisational policies Provide confident leadership and support to onsite teams Ensure continuity of care, operations, and resident experience Liaise effectively with Apollo Care’s corporate and operational teams

About You

✔ Proven experience as a Residential Service Manager in aged care

✔ AHPRA registration (essential)

✔ Strong knowledge of compliance, governance, and operational leadership

✔ Confident, adaptable,



and able to step into recent environments quickly

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Willingness to travel within QLD, NSW and/or Victoria as required
