We're seeking an experienced Cisco UCS Engineer (L2/L3) to join a high-performing managed services environment in Sydney.

You'll provide operational support across Cisco UCS (B-Series, C-Series, Fabric Interconnects, UCS Manager), manage incidents in line with SLAs, perform root cause analysis, and lead firmware/lifecycle upgrades within structured change frameworks.

Robust hands-on UCS experience, 24x7/rostered support exposure, unified fabric knowledge (LAN/SAN), and VMware/virtualisation integration experience are essential.

Exposure to Cisco Intersight, automation, and CCNA/CCNP Data Center certifications will be highly regarded.
