We specialise in the provision of innovative treatments for mental health and chronic pain, and are expanding our clinical services across multiple centres around Australia.

The role

We are currently recruiting, full time and part time, for:

• Medical Receptionist
• Senior Medical Receptionist

Both roles play a critical part in delivering a seamless experience for patients, referrers, and clinicians.

For experienced candidates, the Senior Medical Receptionist role offers a transparent pathway to progress into an Administrative Manager position as your experience in the position expands.

You will be responsible for managing patient bookings, supporting clinical workflows, coordinating referrals,



and ensuring the front-of-house operation runs efficiently and professionally. You will be responsible for:

- Delivering outstanding customer service

- Liaising with patients to book appointments and theatre procedures

- Ensuring patient medical records are up-to-date and all relevant tests and correspondence is uploaded in a timely manner

- Processing billing for private patients, DVA, health funds and 3rd parties (workers compensation, insurance)

- Handling other reception and administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

- Experience as a medical receptionist and/or administration management, ideally in a specialist medical practice

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (in person & over the phone)

- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- Ability to multitask and work independently or within a team

- A positive attitude and commitment to patient care
