Leads: Aged Care Support Workers, and our Rostering & Scheduling Coordinator

? About the Role

Are you an organisational wizard with a heart for our Elders? We’re on the lookout for a agile, compassionate, and motivated Aged Care Support Team Leader to help us deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our mob.

You will be the go-to for all things workforce planning, team leadership, scheduling, and quality assurance. If balancing rosters, managing remote teams, and building great relationships with staff and contractors sounds like your kind of gig—keep reading!

?️ What You’ll Be Doing (And Loving)

Workforce & Rostering Rockstar

- Keep our support team running smoothly (and smiling).

- Oversee scheduling like a pro—filling gaps, avoiding burnout, and ensuring clients get top-notch care.

- Train, onboard, and mentor staff—because great care starts with a great team.

- Support staff performance and development with regular check-ins and honest, supportive feedback.

Contractor Connection Guru

- Build and nurture strong relationships with contractors.

- Monitor and review performance to ensure excellence every time.

Compliance & Quality Champion

- Dot those i’s and cross those t’s—stay on top of training, records, and quality standards.





- Lead by example with WHS practices and a proactive safety-first mindset.

People Person & Team Energiser

- Be the friendly first point of contact for staff and client feedback.

- Respond to after-hours calls (on rotation) and make sure someone’s always there to pick up the phone.

? What You will Bring

Must-Haves:

- First Aid & CPR

- Driver’s Licence

- National Police Check

- Working with Children Check

- Leadership experience in aged care, disability or health

- Rostering & scheduling know-how

Nice-to-Haves:

- Cert IV in Aged Care, Business, or Leadership

- Knowledge of Care Master or similar systems

- Training or team meeting facilitation skills

- You communicate with heart—especially with our Aboriginal clients and staff.
