岗位职责

- 负责饮品制作及商品售卖

- 为顾客提供友好、专业的服务体验

- 维护吧台及工作区域的整洁与卫生

- 配合门店日常运营及团队协作

- 按照公司标准执行服务与操作流程

- 店长需要：

- 负责门店日常运营，确保销售、服务及出品质量达标

- 负责员工排班、培训与日常管理

- 控制人力成本、物料损耗及库存管理

- 定期进行盘点，确保数据准确

- 根据公司提供的操作手册及培训执行相关合规要求

- 确保门店严格执行公司卫生及环境标准（SOP / Food Safety）

任职要求

- 持有 澳大利亚合法工作签证

- 中英文沟通流利（普通话 + 英语）

- 可根据门店排班需求灵活安排工作时间

- 每周工作时长需≥24h，可满足周38h优先

- 具备良好的沟通能力与团队合作意识

- 有咖啡师或餐饮相关经验者优先（无经验可培训）

- 不需要咖啡师证书
