About the role

Due to continued expansion, we're looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Control Room Operators and Rovers to join our team at EGroup Protective Services Group Pty Ltd. These are Full-Time positions, offering the opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Experience with Control Room systems which include, CCTV, Access Control, integrated alarm planforms and Fire Control Panels

- Intermediate level with Microsoft suite of products including outlook, word and excel

- Completing required audits and system testing throughout the shift as required and reporting all shift activity and incidents via the EGroup Dashboard

- Administrative tasks as required, including incident reports, handovers, hazard reports and client permits and excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders across various backgrounds

- Coordinating Rovers for ad hoc requests, contractor escorts,



incident and emergency response

- Patrolling of the facilities, providing a physical security presence, escorting contractors on request and as directed by the controller.

- Facilitation and coordination of contactors and ensuing inductions and compliance

- Coordinate adhoc locking or unlocking of areas for contractors, tenants or premises management (subject to approvals)

- An understanding of WH&S; and the ability to identify & manage risks

- Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously

- Must be physically fit or prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical

- Ability to work a rotating roster days, nights, weekends and Public Holidays
