Position Overview

As a Property Maintenance Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the property management team by coordinating, tracking and closing out maintenance activities, while ensuring accurate record keeping and data integrity across all systems. This is a fast-paced, hands-on, office-based role where no two days are the same - ideal for someone who thrives on being organised, responsive and service-focused, and enjoys working closely with stakeholders and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and administer scheduled maintenance across a multi-site industrial portfolio throughout QLD and NSW, including regional locations (28 sites, 1 client)

- Log, track and close out reactive and planned maintenance using MEX property software

- Liaise with contractors to chase servicing evidence, compliance documentation, reports and invoices

- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records

- Coordinate minor projects and asset upgrades from planning through to completion

- Source, compare and manage quotes for maintenance and upgrade works





- Manage emergency maintenance issues, including after-hours coordination when required

Applicant Requirements

- Experience in scheduling, maintenance services, facilities or real estate is beneficial

- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

- Open driver's licence
