Alpha is a resources industry village hospitality and food services provider. We operate villages in remote Western Australia. We are looking for amazing 2IC's and Camp Managers. This is a full time/permanent position it attracts all the benefits such as annual leave, sick leave, long service leave, etc…

The swing is 2 weeks on and 1 week off and the hours are as per site roster 10.5-hour day, 10 hours paid with an unpaid meal break of no less than 30 minutes and two 20-minute paid rest breaks.

You will be based at the camp village, which includes free Wi-Fi, gym and recreational facilities. All flights, meals and accommodation are provided while working on site.

- Must live in Western Australia

2IC/Utility Position

2IC role is as a Utility (Cleaner/Kitchenhand) during the first week of the swing. During the Camp Managers R&R; the 2IC steps up to maintain the Camp in the Managers absence.

Required:





- Some experience in managing/supervising staff.

- Some experience with rostering

- Knowledge of booking systems.

- Must have approved managers certification.

- Manual Driver's License

- White Card

- Ability to pass a comprehensive Pre-employment Medical and Drug Screen

- National Police Clearance issued within the last 6 months (or willing to obtain one)

- Safe Food Handling Certificate (preferable)

- RSA Certificate (preferable)

- Previous FIFO experience (preferable)

- Forklift ticket (preferable)
