Role Objective:
We’re on the lookout for a highly organised and detail-driven individual to join the team as Ticketing Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term contract. You’ll play a key part in supporting the overall ticketing operations for some of our most exciting live events. From tour coordination, to inventory management and preparing reports, you’ll help to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What you’ll be doing:

- Administrative support: Assist with ticketing-related data entry, maintaining centralised documents, customer service.

- Sales & inventory reporting: Prepare and distribute various ticket sales and inventory reports to internal and external stakeholders

- Ticket requests and fulfillment: Coordinate and fulfil internal and external contracted tickets or ticket requests

- End-to-end tour ticketing coordination: Coordinate ticketing for club/small theatre tours end-to-end. This includes on sale planning, ticket agent builds, on sale period, tour event execution and post-event settlement.

- Venue liaison: Liaise with venues as required for box office queries or issues, venue/seating inspections, attendance reports, tour tickets and reporting





- External relationship management: Develop and maintain relationships with ticket agents, venues, artist agents, and partners.

What you’ll bring:

- Experience: Previous experience in ticketing operations, event coordination, or similar administrative roles.

- Attention to detail: Consistently produces accurate, complete, and high‑quality work

- Organisation skills: Strong ability to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines.

- Communication: Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

- Tech-savvy: Familiarity with ticketing systems and sales reporting tools.

- Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot ticketing issues and resolve them promptly.

- Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills to support the Ticketing team and other departments.

- Passion for live entertainment: A keen interest in the live events industry and a drive to help create seamless event experiences.
