The Fresh Collective is recruiting for an experienced Venue Manager at one of Melbourne’s most exciting venues - Museums Victoria.

We are looking for a star who is personable and well presented – a hospitality natural. You have an innate ability to oversee the front of house operations, managing all service-related tasks to ensure our many guests are provided with professional and courteous service.

This position is responsible for driving the quality of all F&B; outlets and managing a pool of service staff. This is a busy role overseeing a seven-day operation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

- Manage successful operations at the venue and service delivery in the restaurant and cafes.
- Ensure standards of excellence are achieved throughout the venue
- Lead by example and nurture and motivate a team of hospitality professionals
- Plan,



analyse, report, and deliver current and future financial success of the venue

ABOUT YOU

- 3+ years large cafe/venue management experience
- Hands on management style
- Passionate and motivated about working in a quick-paced busy environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong administration experience
