Your Role as Disability Support Worker

You’ll deliver this role by:

- Collaborate with the team to provide seamless, person‑centred support

- Assist individuals with daily living needs, including personal care, household tasks, hospitality, and community participation

- Encourage and support each person to achieve and maintain their highest level of independence and wellbeing

What We’re Looking For

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent/relevant

- Strong written, spoken, and comprehension English skills

- Ability to provide high-quality personal care and lifestyle support, including for people with complex needs

- Availability for active night shift

Essential Requirements

- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy)

- Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.

- Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel for work

- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)

- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
