St Mary Medical Centre is a well-established, patient-focused general practice seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to join our supportive and dynamic team.
We are a busy, modern medical centre providing comprehensive primary care services to our local community, including chronic disease management, women’s health, skin checks, care plans, immunisations and more.
About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding role within a collaborative GP team. You will play a key part in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting clinical operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Chronic Disease Management (GPCCMP) & Health Assessments
- Immunisations (including childhood and travel vaccines)
- Wound care and procedural assistance
- ECGs, spirometry, and other clinical assessments
- Care plan coordination and recalls
- Triage and patient education
- Infection control and cold chain management
- Assisting with accreditation standards
- Iron Infusions
- Pre-Employment Medical Assessments
About You
We are looking for a nurse who is:
- AHPRA registered with current registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experienced in general practice (preferred but not essential)
- Confident in CCMP and health assessments
- Highly organised with strong communication skills
- A team player who thrives in a busy environment
- Proficient with clinical software Medical Director
