Our client is a well-established and respected law firm with deep roots in the local business community. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a driven and commercially minded lawyer (3+ years PAE) to join their dynamic team.

This is a broad and engaging role offering high-quality work and genuine career progression.

The Role

You will work across a diverse mix of:

- Commercial litigation and dispute resolution

- General commercial advisory matters

- Property transactions and development work

- Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements

- Managing files with autonomy, supported by experienced senior practitioners

You will have meaningful client contact and the opportunity to build strong, long-term relationships with local businesses, developers and entrepreneurs.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Have 3+ years PAE with solid general commercial experience

- Have exposure to litigation, commercial and/or property matters

- Be confident running files with appropriate supervision

- Communicate clearly and build rapport with ease

- Be commercially astute and solutions-focused

- Thrive in a collaborative, professional environment
