Our client is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Manager to join their team, managing a premium portfolio at around 80% capacity with room to grow.
You’ll be working within a collaborative team that values strong communication and service excellence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a premium portfolio of commercial properties end-to-end
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and lease obligations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Oversee lease administration, budgeting, financial reporting, and maintenance coordination

CRITERIA:
- A minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in commercial property management
- Proficiency with Cirrus8 or similar property management software
- Outstanding communication skills written
- A sharp eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to delivering excellence in every client interaction
- Experience managing premium or complex commercial portfolios will be highly regarded
- Current Real Estate Licence or Property Registration (SA) is essential
