About the Role:

- Identify, develop and deliver outcomes for clients in various industries through WCA Solutions' range of HR services.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a relevant field.
- 5+ years’ minimum experience as an HR generalist.
- Demonstrated experience with Australian industrial relations and HR compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex ER/IR grievances and investigations.
- Extensive knowledge of performance management, workplace investigations, employee relations and handling of grievances, employee lifecycle and operational people and culture functions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including provision of advice to managers and employees, as well as appropriate report writing for target audience.
- Willingness to be part of an organisation that supports professional growth and rewards efforts.
- Ability to plan and prioritise own work, to take responsibility and utilise initiative for delivering work activities and projects in an effective and timely manner.
- Unrestricted Working Rights in Australia.
