Woodlands Enterprises is a well-established Australian agribusiness committed to quality, safety and continuous improvement. We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Feed Mill Workers to support the daily operation of our Feed Mill.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing things properly, and understands the importance of safety and teamwork in a production environment.

Various shifts available – day, night and weekend.

About the role

Reporting to the Feed Mill Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the daily production and operation of the feed mill, ensuring materials are processed safely, efficiently and to standard.

Key responsibilities include:

- Operating and managing feed mill processes using Probatch

- Preparing premix ingredients as required

- Receiving and processing grain deliveries via the weighbridge

- Maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping across all feed mill areas

- Undertaking manual handling and heavy lifting tasks

- Following all Work Health and Safety policies, procedures and instructions

- Performing other duties within the scope of the role as required

About You

You are a dependable team player who understands the importance of safety, accuracy and reliability in a production workplace.

You will ideally have:





- Previous experience in a similar feed mill, production or industrial role (advantageous)

- A current forklift licence (essential)

- A boiler ticket (advantageous)

- Basic computer skills

- A strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Physically fit and capable of manual work

- Organised, reliable and able to work under pressure

- Willingness to follow procedures and contribute to a safe workplace

Physical Requirements

This role involves:

- Manual handling, including lifting over 25kg

- Working in hot, cold, dusty and noisy environments

- Standing, bending, climbing and repetitive movement

- Wearing PPE such as safety glasses, hearing protection and dust masks
