The Company

Our client is a large ASX-listed organisation based in the South-Eastern Suburbs. You will be working within a friendly and collaborative Credit team responsible for assisting your own portfolio of Customers. 6 month contract role, starting ASAP.

The Role

6-month contract opportunity!

Working in a large team workplace, you will work closely with the wider AR team, responsible for building strong relationships with customers and resolving queries.

Key responsibilities include:

- Collections calls and dealing with queries
- Responsibility for building strong relationships with your Customer portfolio
- Troubleshoot, action and resolve queries and any required reconciliations
- Support compliance administration in line with company policies
- Reduce and minimise aged debt
- Assisting with reporting, reconciliations, and process improvements

Your Profile
You will be a driven and upbeat person with strong business to business collections/credit experience. You will enjoy interacting with Customers,



building relationships and solving problems! You will be a team player with a positive - can-do attitude and be comfortable working across a range of ERPs.
