What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading and motivating the front-of-house team
- Delivering outstanding customer service and running a killer shift.
- Overseeing smooth, compliant daily operations including cash handling, inventory management, and health & safety.
- Coaching and developing team members to help them succeed.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 1 year experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in hospitality.
- A lover of people, and want to see their team succeed.
- A passion for great customer service and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Standards-driven and ambitious.
