What You'll Be Doing

As a Tourism Assistant, you'll be the friendly face of our Visitor Information Centre.

You'll help visitors discover the hidden gems of Condobolin and the Lachlan Shire, promote local events and businesses, and provide quality customer service.

You'll play a key role in making every visitor's experience memorable.

This casual role includes weekend shifts and some hours outside the typical 9–5, giving you flexibility and variety.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

Experience in tourism, customer service, or a similar people-focused role




Great communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine interest in promoting our region

Hourly rate:
$36.61–$39.35 (includes 25% casual loading) the starting salary to be determined upon qualifications and experience
Grade 5 position within Council's Salary Structure and employment is under the Local Government (State) Award.
Employee superannuation at 12%
