ServiceNow ITSM Developer
(CSA & CAD Mandatory)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer with strong hands‑on expertise in ITSM modules, platform development, scripting, and integrations.

This role focuses on building, enhancing, and supporting enterprise‑scale ServiceNow ITSM solutions in a dynamic, 24x7 environment.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow ITSM solutions

Customize and enhance core ITSM modules including:
Incident
Problem
Change
Service Catalog
Workflows
Perform extensive ServiceNow scripting, configuration, and technical design
Support implementation, administration, and deployment of ServiceNow applications




Build and maintain system integrations using REST/SOAP and other web services
Develop and support automation and orchestration solutions

Administer ServiceNow instances including:
Workflows, Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Policies
ACLs, Dictionary, Catalog Items, CMS modifications
Participate in production support activities, including rotational and night shifts
Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate effectively in a client‑facing environment

Required Experience & Skills
8–10+ years of ServiceNow Developer experience
Strong hands‑on experience in ITSM‑focused development

Proven experience in:
ServiceNow scripting and configuration
Platform design and deployment
ITSM process implementation
Hands‑on integration experience using REST/SOAP, XML, JSON, JDBC
Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/HTML5, CSS, AngularJS
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts including night shifts

Preferred Skills
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and CSDM within ServiceNow
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, ports, firewalls,



protocols)
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Ability to influence stakeholders in a consultative manner
Strong documentation, presentation, and written communication skills

Certifications
ServiceNow CSA & CAD – Mandatory
