About the Role
Are you a tech-savvy professional with a passion for helping people? Clear IT is looking for an energetic Level 1 Helpdesk Technician to join our growing team in Robina.

What You'll Bring to the Table
We are looking for someone personable, patient, and proactive. You should have a solid foundation in Microsoft environments and a genuine drive to solve problems.
The Essentials:
- Experience:
1–2 years in a dedicated Helpdesk or IT Support role.
- Certifications: M365 Administration certifications (or currently working towards them) will be highly regarded.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills. You can make a client feel at ease even when they're having a "tech crisis."
- The Basics: Valid Australian Driver's License and full Australian Working Rights.
Technical Toolkit
- Microsoft 365: Solid knowledge of M365 Business environments, including basic .
- M365 Administration: Intermediate administration skills required, including user management, management of Exchange Online and SharePoint, license allocation, and system configuration.
- Desktop Support: Expert-level troubleshooting of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Server & Networking: Familiarity with Windows Server environments and a baseline understanding of DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
- Hardware: Experience setting up and troubleshooting workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
