The Prospect
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Frenchs Forest in a part-time capacity. In this hands-on role, you’ll manage day-to-day operations in our warehouse and provide critical support to our Inventory team through Oracle transactions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in logistics.

Key Responsibilities

- Receipt and ship products in the warehouse

- Unload shipments and put away accurately on shelves

- Produce accurate shipping documentation and book courier pick ups

- Ensure stock is stored correctly and safely

- Record receipts and shipments accurately in Oracle





- Communicate with customer service on shipments

- Add logos to products using heat press

- Maintain the warehouse in a neat and orderly manner with attention to safety

- Complete stock counts

- Support the Inventory team keying Oracle transactions

- Support the repairs and service centre with receiving and shipping

- Create advanced shipping notices using excel

About You

- 1-2 years of warehousing experience (inbound and outbound)

- Previous experience in data entry and record management (Oracle or SAP experience highly regarded)

- Moderate excel skills

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

- Strong sense of urgency while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

- Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills

- Physically capable of lifting and moving large boxes and operating a hand pallet jack

- A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

- Must be reliable and available on site at Frenchs Forest 5 days per week

- Must have the right to work in Australia
