Job Description
Join us at Bletchley Park Primary School, as an Helping Hands Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children. This fulltime permanent role offering 38 hours per week, including 8 non-contact admin hours.
You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 6:30-9:00am (Rise then Shine) 2:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play) and 7:00am - 6:00pm (School Holiday Program).
About the service:
Our service is supported by a solid ongoing relationship with the Principal and a stable, established team of 4 permanent staff and 3 casual educators. This consistency creates a welcoming and supportive environment for children and families. We also run engaging cooking clubs focused on family recipes, celebrating culture, connection, and community involvement.

About the role
As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:
- You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
- You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
- With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
