ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our team as a Retail Solutions Specialist and play a key role in enhancing efficiency for our retail teams. Your focus will be on identifying and eliminating friction points in processes and systems. Youll work closely with stakeholders to design and deliver strategic solutions, using data analysis to pinpoint and qualify opportunities. You will also gather and apply feedback to support continuous improvement, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and stakeholders remain informed throughout each project. If you thrive on optimising operations and enabling seamless retail experiences, this role is for you.

This role is a 12 month contract.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Exceptional high-level communication skills, facilitating effective interaction and collaboration.

Proven ability to influence outcomes through communication and relationship-building.

Effective management of competing priorities, showcasing resilience and adaptability.

Extensive retail knowledge of COG systems and processes at a high level.

Solutions-oriented mindset, actively contributing to problem-solving and improvement initiatives.
