Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Manage and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive, results-driven environment.
- Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and setting the example for your team.
- Sales Performance: Drive store sales by engaging your team, identifying opportunities, and executing strategies to exceed sales targets.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing the store, stock management, and maintaining the store's visual merchandising standards.
- Team Development: Provide ongoing coaching and training to your team, ensuring their personal and professional growth.
- Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, ordering, and replenishment to ensure the store is always well-stocked.
- Reporting & Budgeting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, track financial performance, and help manage the store's budget effectively.
- Compliance:
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Retail Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a retail management role, ideally within the fashion, eyewear, or luxury brand environment. NO Optical background necessary!!!
- Team Leader: Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills to drive team performance and maintain a positive store culture.
- Customer-Centric: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.
- Sales-Focused: Results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and manage operational efficiency.
- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a structured approach to managing store operations.
- Positive Attitude: An enthusiastic, proactive attitude with a passion for personal development and growth.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a Tuesday to Saturday schedule and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
