About the role
Vasectomy Doctors is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team, part-time or full time. We perform Vasectomies in Sydney, Wollongong, Central Coast and Newcastle. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a specialised procedural environment where patient care and teamwork are highly valued. The right candidate will be rewarded with excellent remuneration, travel bonuses, flexibility, in-clinic vasectomy procedural work + paid admin from home ($60/hr).
What you'll be doing
- Prepare treatment room and maintain sterile technique
- Scrub-in and assist with vasectomy procedures
- Clean and sterilise surgical instruments
- Order and manage clinical supplies (paid work from home)
- Review patient intake forms (paid work from home)
What we're looking for
- A calm, capable nurse who enjoys procedural work and takes pride in delivering an excellent patient experience
Essential
- Current unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide empathetic patient care
Desirable (but not essential)
- Happy to travel to our clinic locations in Sydney, Wollongong, Central Coast and Newcastle. Bonus travel payments available.
- Experience working in Specialist or GP clinic treatment rooms
- Experience sterilising and autoclaving surgical instruments

The role includes assisting with vasectomy procedures in-clinic, as well as paid administrative responsibilities such as reviewing patient intake forms, ordering and managing clinical supplies, and general clinic coordination.
Admin work is paid at $60 per hour, and can be done from home, giving you the benefit of hybrid work alongside your in-clinic days.
