We’re hiring a Social Media Manager at The Entourage.

Lead the digital presence of Australia’s leading business coaching brand and support the continued growth of one of the country’s most recognised entrepreneurial voices, Jack Delosa.

The Entourage is a globally recognised business coaching and training provider for 6, 7 and 8-figure entrepreneurs. Our mission is simple: empower entrepreneurs with everything they need to build excellent businesses and live meaningful lives.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role owns the end-to-end strategy, planning, production and scheduling of social content across The Entourage channels, while contributing structured monthly content to Jack’s platforms.

This is a hands-on ownership role, from strategy through to execution and optimisation.

What the role includes

• Developing and executing the social media strategy for all Entourage channels

• Support the ongoing growth of Jack Delosa’s platforms, producing a consistent cadence of high-quality content that complements agency-led output

• Planning and producing high-impact content including carousels, reels and campaign-based sequences

• Translating live events, masterminds, intensives and coaching into digital content

• Positioning The Entourage leadership team as thought leaders across sales, marketing, operations,



finance and mindset

• Planning content shoots and working closely with our in-house designers and editors to bring ideas to life

• Repurposing podcasts and long-form content into strategic micro-content

• Supporting sell-by-chat and social-driven revenue initiatives

• Using AI and automation tools to increase content velocity and workflow efficiency

• Tracking performance and optimising based on reach, engagement, leads and pipeline impact

We’re looking for someone who

• Is confident leading content in front of as well as behind the camera

• Has 5+ years experience in social media, digital strategy or content marketing

• Has a proven track record growing brand-led channels and engaged communities

• Understands short-form storytelling and platform dynamics deeply

• Is both commercially minded and creatively strong

• Is highly organised and comfortable managing multiple content streams

• Uses data and AI tools to continuously optimise performance
