Due to demand rising across Australia, we’re hiring a Recruitment Co-Ordinator to support our growth.

This can be:

? Full time

? OR 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday)

? School hours can work

? Fully remote, work from home

? Casual to start with pathway to permanent

? The Role

• Speak with OTs, Speechies, Physios, Psychs and more

• Run candidate calls and match them to the right roles

• Support candidates and clients through the recruitment process

• Manage a live pipeline inside our CRM

• Build talent pools before people start job hunting

• Support operations, coordination and admin if stepping into the EA pathway

No cold BD. You’re backed by brand, content, events and a system that already works.

Base: $70–90K + super (depending on experience)
