About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing across our multi-venue hospitality group. Reporting to the Group Head of Marketing, you’ll drive strategy execution, manage campaigns, lead a small team, and deliver commercial results across our pub sites.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a strategic marketer who thrives in a fast-paced setting.

- Deliver the group marketing strategy across all venues
- Drive revenue through integrated food, beverage and event campaigns
- Manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, print and in-venue)
- Oversee website, paid media, SEO and CRM activity
- Manage third-party platforms
- Lead partnerships, sponsorships and community initiatives




- Manage marketing budgets and report on ROI
- Lead and develop the marketing team
- Collaborate closely with Operations and venue leadership teams

About You

- 5+ years’ experience in a senior marketing role
- Hospitality and multi-site brand experience highly regarded
- Strong digital marketing expertise (social, paid, CRM, analytics)
- Proven commercial acumen and budget management experience
- Confident, empathic leader with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Must have current driver's license and prepared to travel
- Offices are located in North Sydney and Manly
