TPP Hospitality Group is a private Australian-owned group with multiple award-winning brands across the Hospitality, Retail & Beauty industries. We’re seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team.

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with our Design & Marketing team to support the delivery of engaging visual solutions across a wide range of channels — from digital content and print media to campaign support and social engagement. We’re looking for someone curious, takes initiative, can confidently own projects end-to-end, and helps roll out high-volume, high-quality visual work. Key Responsibilities

- Develop on-brand visual assets across digital and print media — including promotional materials, photography retouching, website visuals, event graphics, internal documents, brochures & booklets, and more.
- Collaborate with marketing to design engaging content for campaigns, EDMs, and social media.
- Take initiative in managing design projects from concept to delivery.



Contribute ideas, coordinate timelines, and follow through with strong attention to detail.
- Partner with creative and team stakeholders to ensure all visual outputs support campaign objectives.
- Maintain organised file systems and documentation to support efficient project delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of design fundamentals, including composition, layout, typography, and colour
- Refined visual taste and the ability to create balanced, on-brand designs, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom); experience with web design is a plus.
- A basic understanding of marketing and an interest in exploring content creation.
- Robust sense of ownership, organisation, and accountability.
- Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects
- Eagerness to learn, adapt to new tools, and stay inspired by current design & marketing trends.
