Overview:
Bluefin is partnering with a leading organisation to engage a Change and Communications Lead to support a major digital transformation program. This role will play a key part in preparing the organisation for new ways of working, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, informed and ready to adopt new platforms and processes.

Role Details:
• Job Title: Change and Communications Lead
• Type: 12-month day rate contract + possibility to extend
• Location: Brisbane (WFH flexibility)
• Brisbane-based role only. No remote or interstate arrangements available

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver an end-to-end change approach that supports successful adoption of new digital platforms and ways of working
• Partner closely with project managers, business analysts and technical teams to align messaging and change activities to delivery milestones
• Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives, building strong relationships to drive understanding, buy-in and behavioural change
• Develop high-quality communication materials and establish clear channels for consistent, timely updates
• Monitor business readiness,



adoption trends and change risks, adjusting strategies to maximise uptake and advantages realisation

Your Experience:
• Prior higher education industry experience desirable, particularly within digital or enterprise-wide change initiatives. Otherwise prior government industry background.
• Proven experience leading change and communications within large-scale system or digital transformation programs
• Strong knowledge of recognised change methodologies (e.g. Prosci, Agile environments) and experience working within iterative delivery models
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and facilitate workshops, reference groups or engagement forums
• Experience developing training materials, supporting UAT activities and tracking adoption metrics to ensure sustained outcomes
