- Expected salary: $33 - $48 per hour

Twist Espresso & Wine is a boutique café & wine bar in the heart of Dee Why, serving full breakfast, lunch, coffee, wines, cocktails & more. We are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, and motivated Chef or Cook to join our team

Responsibilities include:

- Prepare and cook menu items in line with established recipes and presentation standards

- Set up and maintain food preparation areas and cooking stations

- Full menu prep and daily kitchen tasks

- Receiving and rotating stock

- Follow all health and safety standards and guidelines for food preparation

Requirements for role:

- Cert III or Cert IV highly desirable

- Experience 2+ years experience in a busy café or restaurant kitchen
