About the role

This position is responsible for maintaining, enhancing and supporting the effective operation of our HSE Management System, through management of the HSE systems, data analytics and assurance.

You will contribute to the delivery of our HSE audit assurance program and provide support for the HSE training framework through the coordination of WHS inductions, verification of competency requirements and the organisation of internal and external training activities.

Key deliverables for this role include ensuring HSE Performance reporting is accurate, timely and optimised to provide leaders with meaningful insights that inform operational and strategic decision-making.





Some key focus areas include:

- Continuously improve BAC’s HSE systems, databases and reporting frameworks.
- Analyse HSE performance data and develop meaningful reports, insights and dashboards.
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, report templates and data standards.
- Coordinate and support internal HSE audits, inspections and assurance activities.
- Support ISO certification, external audits and ongoing legislative compliance.

About you

You like to be part of a happy, high performing team and take pride in making a difference through doing great work.

You will ideally be qualified in WHS and have several years of relevant safety related experience, including developing and maintaining WHS Systems. You will also have experience developing performance reports using qualitative and quantitative data.
