Cartella Services is on the lookout for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join our Brisbane-based team.

With major projects currently underway and a strong pipeline across the health, education, residential and commercial sectors, this is an exciting time to join our team.

This is a hands-on leadership role across commercial and medium-scale construction projects throughout Brisbane and surrounding areas.

Key Duties:

- Supervise installation of power distribution systems, lighting, switchgear and low voltage cabling

- Oversee electricians and subcontractors to ensure safety, efficiency and quality on-site

- Conduct site inductions, pre-start meetings, toolbox talks and debriefs

- Lead electrical installations across infrastructure and commercial projects

- Supervise testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical systems

- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and construction teams

- Liaise with suppliers to source required materials and equipment





- Maintain detailed records of work progress, inspections and compliance

- Ensure required permits are obtained and closed out daily

- Order and manage day-to-day materials on-site

- Complete daily timesheets and plan daily site activities

- Ensure procurement procedures are followed

- Read and interpret drawings and cross-reference specifications accurately

What You’ll Bring:

- QLD Electrical Licence

- QLD White/Blue Card

- Full Driver’s Licence

- Strong knowledge of Australian Standards

- Proven site leadership experience

- A positive attitude and strong safety focus
