Accounts Team Allrounder
We are one of Australia’s largest print and distribution businesses, specialising in Point of Sale solutions across national retail markets. We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Team Allrounder to join our finance and administration team.
This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Kilsyth, Victoria facility.
About the Role
This hands-on role supports both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, along with general administrative duties. It would suit someone who enjoys variety, has strong attention to detail, and works well as part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Entering customer quotes into sales orders
- Cross-referencing customer spreadsheets and pricing to ensure accuracy
- Issuing customer invoices and emailing them to clients
- Completing job tickets in our estimating system
- Printing and processing supplier invoices received via Outlook
- Matching supplier invoices to purchase orders
- Liaising with suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Entering authorised supplier invoices into the accounting system
- Reconciling supplier invoices to statements
- Filing and maintaining accurate financial records
- Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with ad‑hoc administrative tasks as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- A versatile and proactive approach to work
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems
- Intermediate Microsoft
