About the Role

Securecorp currently has an outstanding opportunity for a Security Officer to provide exceptional customer service and emergency response at a retail site based in Helensvale.

This is a full-time permanent position working a 4 days on / 4 days off roster, consisting of 12-hour shifts across days and nights. The role is paid at Level 4 under the Security Services Industry Award, plus First Aid allowance.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide a high level of security and customer service
- Guard, patrol, monitor and control assigned premises
- Respond to emergencies, alarms and calls for assistance
- Assess and manage situations of risk
- Conduct access control duties
- Perform CCTV control room operations




- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate data logs

Skills & Experience

- Current Security Licence
- Control Room Licence and Crowd Control endorsement
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Impeccable presentation
- Flexibility to work rotating rosters including nights and weekends
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Professional attitude with a positive and proactive approach
